Pie with mushrooms and ham

Ингридиенты: 

For the dough:

  • 200 g flour
  • 130 g of the oil
  • 1 pinch of salt,
  • 1 egg yolk.

For filling:

  • 750 g button mushrooms,
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons butter,
  • 150 grams of ham,
  • 1 bunch green onions,
  • 150 g sour cream or mayonnaise,
  • salt,
  • ground white pepper,
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped parsley.

Knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut the mushrooms into thick slices. 2 tbsp. tablespoons melted butter in a large frying pan and fry the mushrooms on it until then, until all the liquid has evaporated from them. Cut the ham into cubes. Green onions wash and finely chop.

In a saucepan heat the ham with the remaining butter. Add onions, simmer for 3-4 minutes.

The form of grease, put two-thirds of the dough on the bottom of the form. Remaining roll the dough into a thin plait to put on the edge and shape.

The dough is pierced with a fork in several places and put bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven (at a temperature of 160-180 ° C).
